Synopsis
Une membre du comité de discipline, très stricte sur le règlement mais incroyablement maladroite (ponkotsu), est obsédée par la jupe d'une lycéenne décontractée, qu'elle juge beaucoup trop courte. Leurs prises de bec régulières cachent en réalité une relation complice et de plus en plus ambiguë.
